On May 5, 2026, we had the pleasure of hosting two lovely clients all the way from the UK at our Guangzhou office and factory showroom. It was a great chance for them to get up close and personal with how we craft our jewelry.
The clients spent time going through our sample collection, picking up pieces and taking a good look at the details. They were genuinely impressed by the smooth polished finishes, the rock-solid stone settings, and how every single item held the same high standard — no shortcuts, no surprises.
Our Business Manager walked them through how we handle custom projects from start to finish: brainstorming designs together, knocking out prototypes, scaling up to full production, running tight quality checks, packaging things up nicely, and staying in touch long after delivery. The clients got a clear picture of how we keep things running smoothly for partners overseas.
After plenty of back-and-forth on design ideas, style direction, materials, and what works best in their market, they were sold on what we can do. They went ahead and placed a custom order for both sterling silver and stainless steel pieces. Nice!
